It’s like having a journey. Some voyages are short getaways, while others are epic sagas. The length of your coaching journey is shaped by the terrain you wish to cover and the horizons you aim to explore.

In other words, depending on the specific goal you want to work on, our coaching relationship can be a fixed term as short as 2 months, or longer, lasting for 6 to 12 months and ongoing after that.

One thing I am sure of, and which is also a common understanding among top-performing elites, is this: people who have a coach suitable for their needs tend to achieve goals much quicker than those who don’t. Much like the top-performing athletes never do without a coach, if achieving the best of your potentials is what your desire, a coach becomes a necessity.

The frequency of sessions depends on the program you choose. Typical one-on-one sessions are held once every two weeks, whilst the 8-week group coaching program is held on a weekly basis. If you choose the premium coaching program, you may have unlimited coaching sessions to your liking.

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom or phone calls.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Anything discussed in sessions remains private unless permission is granted by the client for specific disclosures.
